You are the designer! Here you can purchase optional services such as a monogram, name, applique or embroidery design in your choice of font and thread colors.
Purchase this optional service if you would like to:
1. Add a name or monogram to an item which does not include embroidery. **For our reversible a-line dresses and shortalls, monogram can be placed on either the solid OR gingham side. Once monogrammed, the garment will no longer be reversible.
2. Mail us an item to monogram
Fill in all the information in the form below for each item. Although the item may be personalized with initials only, please enter person's name to ensure correct order for initials.
Traditional 3 letter monogram:
FIRST INITIAL - LAST INITIAL - MIDDLE INITIAL. The Last name initial is the larger center letter.
Example: Sarah Beth Adams would be SAB
Block Monogram:
Typically for males, will appear First name, Middle Name and Last Name. All letters are the same size.
Example: Seth David Adams would be SDA
